司一帆，博士，特聘研究員，中共黨員，湖北黃石人。2020年畢業于北京航空航天大學化學學院，獲博士學位；隨后在香港城市大學的生物醫學與工程系，從事博士后研究工作（2021.02-2024.10）。2025年3月至今，就職于四川大學輕工科學與工程學院。截至目前，共發表SCI論文57篇，H因子32，被引用 3300余次。以第一/通訊（含共同）作者身份在Chem. Soc. Rev., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Matter, Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano等國內外重要學術期刊上發表論文28篇，4篇被評為高被引論文。為香港吉娜思生物科技有限公司創始人之一。
