Job Objectives工作目標(biāo)
To support leather finish technical sales drive by assisting the Technical Manager in his duties. To support leather finish technical and administrative work by assisting the GTC Lab Manager. Assist technical advisors, agent-distributors, and customers with finishing trials and solving customer technical problems/issues. Assisting in the development of new finishes and fashion articles; preparation of exhibits and in training course with the aim of generating continued growth in sales for Stahl Leather Finish.
Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
Directly involved with all technical and administrative work in the GTC Leather Finish applications laboratory – support the GTC Lab Manager and Technical Manager in all relevant work.
Directly supporting the GTC Lab Manager and Technical Manager with all product development activities ; product testing & complaint activities ; fair / exhibition preparation activities ; health-safety-environment activities ; training activities ; customer / visitor activities; area & equipment maintenance activities, in the GTC Leather Finish applications laboratory.
Provide technical service to customers, agents and distributors; conduct leather finishing trials; resolve technical problems and product complaints in order to assist in customers’ product development and suggest use of Stahl products in order to increase sales of leather finishes.
Qualifications 任職資格
Technical secondary school degree or above, major in leather finishes related etc.
Good command of Chinese & English language – spoken & written
Good basic computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word , Excel, Powerpoint, internet-savvy
Needs to be an excellent communicator in order to deal with difficult negotiations
Must be a good traveler and able to understand, cope and manage cultural differences.
Have good interpersonal networking skills
